Effective project management requires, among other things, control over budgets, delivery times, managing changes and being able to implement and anchor re-prioritization during the project. Other important parts are good communication between the group members and the leader, but also “marketing” outside the project team against the rest of the company and customers. In addition, we have a good ability to build effective teams which work towards the same goals.
We work in a result-oriented, inspiring and developing way. Choosing a consultant in the project manager role can solve many problems. The consultant will be independent of the client and does not have any obligations to the client’s organization, thus the project manager can focus entirely on running the project towards its goals.
