OMT worked with:
- Main project management for a rationalization project
- Partial project management for assembly system angular gear/end gear
- Taskforce leader in problem solving project
- Assignment as technical project leader for two new products to customers in the car industry. The main task was to review the assembly concept and to acquire two new assembly lines, including the establishment of timetables, resource requirements planning, quality assurance, certain assembly preparation, acquisition and commissioning of assembly and test run systems.
