OMT Group AB och finska Welado Oy går samman för att skapa en ledande nordisk konsultplattform för teknik- och managementkonsulter med ca 500 anställda och en omsättning på ca 600 MSEK. Med det gemensamma uppdraget ”We empower people and companies to operate within technical industry with purpose, well-being and success!” kombinerar vi styrkor inom bland annat Train & Rail, infrastruktur, försvar, energi och specialistområden som Business Engineering och Cybersecurity – alltid med människor i fokus.

Finland-based Welado Group has acquired 100% of Sweden-based OMT Group AB The owners and founders of OMT Group will reinvest in Welado Group Oy and take on roles in the Welado Group leadership team.

With this acquisition, Welado Group together with OMT Group, strengthens their mutual expertise and service offering across the Nordic region, creating a broader portfolio of high-value expert solutions for clients especially in the industrial, infra, energy and transportation sectors. The proforma turnover estimate of the companies combined is over 57 million euros for 2025.

In the near future, our markets should expect Welado-OMT to grow in the Finnish industrial and energy sector, the Swedish rail and infra construction management sector, and provide more extensive services for example in rolling stock, security and defence areas.
