As of now, OMT Group AB is changing its name to Welado Sverige AB.

When OMT and Welado joined forces, we made a promise to build a shared future. By combining our strengths in industry, infrastructure, and safety, we are better equipped to solve our clients’ most complex challenges.
Together, we are building the most sought-after platform for meaningful technical expertise in the Nordic region—empowering people and companies to develop industries and resilient societies, with a focus on purpose, well-being, and success.
What does this mean for you as a client or supplier?
• The same corporate registration number (559064-4711), addresses, phone numbers, and points of contact remain in place. The operations of our subsidiaries, OMT Management AB and OMT Tech AB, will be merged into Welado Sverige AB at the turn of the year, at which point the original legal entities will cease to exist.
• Agreements and terms remain unchanged. Welado Sverige AB assumes all existing commitments. For you as a client or partner, this also means even stronger teams, greater continuity, and deeper Nordic expertise in technology and leadership.
• New email addresses: Our email addresses are changing to name@welado.se. Emails sent to our previous addresses will be forwarded for at least 3 months.
